    • Or call the Alaska Airlines Group and Meetings desk at 1-800-445-4435 or your travel agent and reference ID number MAF16. There is no booking fee when booking on alaskaair.com, however a $15.00 ticketing fee will apply for bookings made by calling into the Group Desk.
• Era Alaska
  • Travel Discount: 15% off all fares, excluding companion, excursion or promotional fares. Space is to be booked in the same class of service as the fare being discounted and is based on availability. All fare rules apply.
  • Routing: This fare is valid for those participating in the Alaska Library Association Annual Conference to be held in Fairbanks, Alaska February 22-26, 2012. The fare is valid from any Era Alaska (Era Aviation or Hageland Aviation Services)-served location to Fairbanks and is directional.
  • How to Book:
    • All reservations must be made directly with Era Alaska at 1-800-866-8394 or in Anchorage at 907-266-8394. Passengers must reference Event ID number ALA12 to receive the event fare.
    • Tickets are valid for one year from date of original outbound travel. Travel that occurs outside of the above travel dates will require an upgrade to the applicable fare.
