Accommodations:

All hotel rooms in Barrow have been booked for the conference dates in March. This simple fact should not deter anyone from attending. There are other places for you to stay.

For everyone to have a bed, it will be necessary to share accommodations. David Ongley is compiling a list of those still in need of a sleeping situation and do his best to find everyone a bed. If you have not booked a room, please email him directly at david.ongley@tuzzy.org.

Include your date of arrival and departure and any rooming preferences.

Alternatives are:
1. Senior Center for those over 60.
2. Ilisagvik College dorm rooms
3. The "NARL Hotel" (more of a bunkhouse than hotel)
4. Private homes with spare rooms
5. The floor of the middle school (bring your own inflatable mattress or pad and sleeping bag)

If you have booked a room and do not yet have someone to share it with please let David know and he'll help you find a suitable roommate.

Hotels: Hotels are listed from least expensive to most. They are all a similar distance from the Hopson Middle School, where exhibits and most sessions will be. Please state that you are with the Alaska Library Association conference when you make your reservations.
