October 15 -  Practice Questions distributed to district chairs

December 15  - District Questions distributed to district chairs

February 14th, 2012 or sooner -  Names of District teams competing in State to State Chair

Feb 27th - Monday HS Battles
Feb 28th - Tuesday 7th/8th Grade Battles
Feb 29th - Wednesday 5th/6th Grade Battles
March 1st - Thursday 3rd/4th Grade Battles

Overwhelming consensus is to start state battle on Feb. 27th, 2012 and avoid the President's day week.
